30-day free returns. If the Wagra Knee Brace doesn’t fit or isn’t right for your dog, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free.

How to start a return: email us at wagrasupport@gmail.com or use our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll send return instructions and a free return label. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Condition: please return the brace clean and in its original condition.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. It may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Exchanges: need a different size? Message us and we’ll help you swap to the right fit.

Damaged or wrong items: if your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
